This section provides information about resources available to advice organisations to develop the quality of their services.

Development Support & Training

(social welfare law) provides information on training available to ensure that advisers receive up to date information and skills related to the provision of advice work.

Funding
provides information on relevant funders of advice services

Quality Standards
provides information about the quality standards that are applicable to advice services.

Consultants
a guide to how your organisation should work with a consultant, and details of freelance consultants that have experience of working with advice organisations.

Some of these resources are free, others charge a fee. Advice groups receiving support from QDI can use the bursary money to pay for some of these resources.
